Welcome to the official site for Kids N Pets 4 Vets!

As our many brave Veterans return from deployments with physical and emotional needs that make it difficult to transition back into civilian life, Kids and Pets for Vets is using the powerful bond that exists between humans and animals to help both the Veteran and a dog in need by uniting them together to create a dynamic team.

The mission of Kids N Pets 4 Vets is to obtain quality dogs primarily from shelters or breeders, rehabilitate and re-train them using middle and high school students under the guidance and supervision of our Certified Trainer, then provide companion/service dogs at no cost to our military veterans with PTSD, Post-Concussion Syndrome, and those with physical stability issues in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence.

Using a proven, step-by-step approach, Kids N Pets 4 Vets trainers try to find the perfect canine partner based on the personality, temperament, and veteran needs. The goal is a help them find a powerful connection to each other.
